This PR does a bunch of things

  • Adds a squashed copy of the age test suite at C2SP/CCTV as a subtree
  • Introduces a Kotlin port of the upstream Go parser for the test suite
  • Adds a basic validation that the parser can correctly understand all files in the test suite

Future PRs will build upon this foundation to actually start running the tests based on the spec we're parsing.
