This pull request intends to add support for the DSharpPlus nightly builds - the version of DSharpPlus that is most frequently deployed. This can be implemented as a separate branch, or as an alternate project to allow for 2 separate Nuget packages. (v4, which is release, and v5, which is nightly.)

Please note that this PR is not ready to merge - although the code is automatically mergeable and compiles fine, I need to complete some testing to ensure that execution functions as expected.

Additionally, if the eventual determined solution is to convert the nightly support into its own project (and therefore allow 2 separate Nuget packages to exist, allowing for development using both the nightly and release builds for DSharpPlus), this PR should remain open until that reformatting into a new project occurs.
