R3 Github Wiki

I've added the github wiki feature to the R3 project.

This is a good place to post your notes and documents about R3 ideas, features, or changes.

Of course, most open wiki's have a tendency to become disorganized and chaotic, so let's just see how this goes. It might be that we need someone to manage and structure the content.
