Datepicker today button sets time

Using a popup datepicker, when the "today" button is pressed, the current time is used. I would expect the time to always be midnight on the selected day. This is the behaviour when (for example) clearing the datepicker then selecting a date in the popup.

@trepidacious Agree and thx for the report.
If there is already a model value it shouldn't update the time part, otherwise should behave as clicking in calendar.I will fix in #1599.

Well, I would need to keep the current time when picking a date in the datepicker.
