Description

Using ng serve --port=0 will print an incorrect console log message

** Angular Live Development Server is listening on localhost:4201, 
open your browser on http://localhost:52468/ **

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

• ng serve --port=0

🔥 Exception or Error

The ports in the console message should be the same.

In the above case 4201 should be 52468
