Guide for 15 -> 16 has broken links for "read further"

ngTemplateOutletContext "read futher" link points to incorrect position in the change log. I wonder if this the correct link https://github.com/angular/angular/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#common-13 ?

I'm not sure if the other links are correct or not. But it looks like they will easily break when change log file will be updated.
