E2E tests should be added for docs app #5437
Description
I've already started work on this and will be submitting a PR soon.
Protractor should be integrated into the testing process locally and on CI, and should run e2e tests against the docs app. Over time, more tests should be added to test the app, and scenario tests should be replaced by protractor.
