docs(ngMock): wrong file name in the docs #7284

Can't find where this content comes from:
https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ngMock

It suggests installing angular-mock.js whereas the correct name of the file and the bower package is angular-mocks.js.

And the same trouble with this page:
https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ngMockE2E

@petebacondarwin I'm having hard time pin-pointing the exact place where the packageFile can be configured for new docs generator. Or maybe there is some kind of convention for this?

I think the best bet is to add a new tag-def to ngdocs, @packageName, which if provided will be used rather than computing it.
