docs(header): replace logo.png with logo.svg #2775

The current logo looks terrible on retina displays. SVG is a widely
supported format that looks great on all displays, present and future.
File size is still 3K.

Sadly IE8 does not support svg images. Perhaps we could use ng-src to dynamically generate a png url if the browser is <=IE8?
Closing for now. Please open a new one if you can work out a way to support IE8...

better choice because it can scale to any resolution without
increasing file size.

Amending angular#2775 to add support for IE 8 by falling back to existing PNG
with img.onerror
