Allow clients to set the Angular root selector dynamically. This also copies over the new ng1/ng2 combined wait function introduced in Protractor 5.
This also tries to make naming more consistent. 'rootSelector' instead of 'rootEl' and, in general, 'wait' instead of 'synchronization' or 'stability'.
