What is the expected behavior?

Slide-toggle should not move

What is the current behavior?

Slide-toggle moves up from initial state when toggled for the first time.

What are the steps to reproduce?

Just toggle the slide-toggle

What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?

N/A

Which versions of Angular, Material, OS, browsers are affected?

Latest Chrome, Edge and IE11. ng-version 2.4.8

Is there anything else we should know?

In Edge and IE it is less noticeable. In Chrome it cuts half of the slide-toggle off.

Was doing some more testing and found that it also happens when slide-toggle gets focus from tab.
