Compat with Node 0.12: nunjucks needs to get updated

dgeni-packages depends indirectly on fsevents and the requested version doesn't compile on Node.js 0.12. This is a soft failure so the package works but all that's needed is to update nunjucks to the latest version (1.2.0) that depends on a compatible fsevents.

This caused @IgorMinar problems in trying to use Node 0.12 in PR angular/angular.js#11110.

Could this be re-opened since I believe this is an issue with current node v6.

@gampleman I think it is better to create a new issue. Are you saying that the version of nunjucks in use is not compatible with node v6?

I'm still trying to insulate a test case, but I believe I might have commented too early and its probably fine. Sorry about the noise.
