md-sidenav $media uses old layout names(sm,md,lg)

The $media service presets still use the old layout names instead of the new ones (phone,tablet, tablet-landscape, pc).

I was going to fix it but I didn't understand exactly how to do the media queries right as I haven't used them much. But here is what you would need to change if anyone is good with them.

Also this may not be nessecary depending on the outcome of issue #693
