Since the parsing logic is almost done, we need to come up with a minimal API to make SW pluggable so App Shell parser can plug in seamlessly.

Design is fleshed out, now a matter of implementing. Still 2-3 days left of work.

Hi @alxhub. I saw you pushed an update through and also that your guys are planning on integrating this into the 4.x release (angular/service-worker). Just thought I'd show you this https://github.com/webpack/webpack-pwa maybe it can help with the process. :)
