Node is now adhering to semver & receiving minor updates pretty often;
only the latest one is supported upstream.

When Node 4.2.0 comes out Protractor should be tested on it instead of 4.1.1.

Test against node 4 on Travis, and remove support for node 0.10.

The tests have passed but there are errors in optional deps that may break the installation in Node 4 with npm@3 (see npm/npm#9772).

A selenium-webdriver update is needed (issue #2544).
