instantiations. In order to do this, we need to override bool shouldVisitTemplateInstantiations() to force the RAV to go through implicit and explicit instantiations.
Updated tests to reflect that. This will be consistent with how the Xlat plugin works as well.
causing hNode destructor to fail.

This introduces a major rewrite of the parsing using clang's AST matchers. Currently, part of the parsing is done using AST matchers, and part of it using RecursiveASTVisitor.
