Opencode autocomplete dialog options flicker while typing @ and / commands

Description

While typing @ and / commands which show the autocomplete dialog the dialog flickers open and closed, especially while typing rapidly.

Note also tested with opencode dev version.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open opencode anywhere
2. In the TUI type @
3. Type to filter the dialog options
4. Notice the flickering (you will see the opencode logo flicker/show in between the options showing)
