Description:

When executing any code changes, the CLI terminal will constantly and randomly throw the following error:
'~ Preparing apply_patch...
Error: apply_patch verification failed: Failed to read file to update: C:\Users\USERNAME\continued path'

This started more recently happening with the 1.1.48 update
