remove: Initialize Project Dialog

Description

This is a follow up to #14

As per a conversation with @adamdottv, we will remove the Initialize Project dialog for better UX and run the initialization command automatically instead of prompting the user.

oh, i actually just meant in the scenario where they just went through the first time setup; didn't want them to have to do two modals back-to-back. when hopping in subsequent projects i'd still expect this project init dialog.
