Subagent results not always properly handled

I think OpenCode should parse subagent output and provide some action to the user if needed. Now without navigating into the child session, it is impossible to understand what happened. In the child session subagent asked for the approve of commit message.

• Empty results from subagent on latest release 0.9.9 #2645: Empty results from subagent - Similar issue where subagent successfully finishes but main agent shows nothing, affecting visibility of subagent output
