System theme flickers at startup

Description

When I use "theme": "system" the opencode theme flickers at startup, whereas when I use "theme": "opencode" it doesn't. This happens in both VS Code terminals and iTerm2 (the screencasts below use iTerm2).

Created a pr for this with a fix by waiting for system theme to load before allowing children of provider to load. When you have time I would appreciate a look
