OpenAi compatible provider

It would be great, to add an openai compatible provider, where i can specify the base url on my own, so i can use diffrent providers.

yeah, we'll support this soon. we're rewriting the backend (#38) in typescript and will now be able to leverage the AI SDK to reduce scope here and clear up a bunch of provider related issues. supporting custom providers will be straightforward.
