Mac unresponsive, significant lag

Description

I would say for about the past five daily version upgrades, opencode has become so laggy both with my input typing, pressing enter and seeing the prompt queued or sent, the LLM updates, the Knight Rider style progress bar, all freeze. This is on a Mac Studio, Tahoe, Apple chips, iterm2, both with and without tmux.
