[FEATURE]: opencode:// protocol handler to support cmds and args #6009

Feature hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request
It would be nice if the Desktop app supported opencode://<cmd>?...args
I'm selfishly thinking about how trivial this is on the linux side with .desktop files by using the mimetype field.
I guess to support this, there needs to be a bunch of work in both the Desktop App and the Cli App
