This appears to be a duplicate of #8836, which tracks the same symptom (session list showing all sessions instead of directory-scoped).

There are two open PRs attempting to fix this:

• PR fix(tui): scope session list to current directory (#8836) #8886 - client-side filtering (partial fix)
• PR feat(session): filter sessions by current directory #6724 - server-side filtering with opt-out
