Agent not found: agent-name

Description

Whenever I switch to the subagent process, I get an Agent not found: agent-name notification at the top right, even though the subagent exists. Is this a bug?

1.0.218

Steps to reproduce

1. Main agent start
2. Invoke subagent
3. Navigate to subagent session

Fixed a documentation bug in tips.ts where @agent-name was suggested literally, causing Agent not found errors for users. Updated tip to use @ placeholder syntax. Sent for review.
