Describe the enhancement you want to request

Requesting support for logging in with multiple accounts using Codex OAuth, and to have round robin load balancing between them. This will enable users to manage and use several accounts more efficiently, leveraging OAuth for streamlined and secure authentication. Round robin load balancing should ensure requests are distributed evenly among the active accounts, improving both throughput and reliability for high-usage scenarios.

@shahid0 This feature would be extremely useful. I have started working on it in: #8536. Probably would be good idea to write down some spec of what everything should be implemented.

really nice work, but curious why not make PR to opencode? wouldn't it be easier if it gets merged into opencode-cli .

hey @shahid0 unfortunately, opencode doesn't support UI changes through plugins and Arctic has a different focus than Opencode so I don't think that such features would be accepted (there is already some PRs for those features but still not merged or even in review)

I've implemented this feature in PR #11832 — multi-account OAuth with automatic credential rotation and auto-relogin.

What's included:

• Multiple OAuth accounts per provider (add/remove/set active)
• Automatic failover when one account hits rate limits (rotating-fetch.ts)
• Configurable cooldowns, retries, and max rotation attempts via oauth config block
• Browser-based auto-relogin for expired tokens (Puppeteer)
• Full Settings UI for account management
• Per-request credential tracking via AsyncLocalStorage
