[WINDOWS] Empty list when trying to tag a file/folder in chat

When i try to tag any file/folder on OpenCode destkop to add them to context i see an empty list

fetch api does not contain query

I had same problem (in Mac), So I fixed with this PR.
With this change, I could search files at web opencode.
