Update “Tips” Docker command to use the renamed image (ghcr.io/anomalyco/opencode)

Description

The “Tips” list currently suggests running OpenCode via Docker using the old image reference ghcr.io/sst/opencode.
The image has been moved, so users who copy-paste the tip are directed to a deprecated/non-working image repo.
