Description

When starting Opencode with a local model that does not define variants, the start screen still displays the “Ctrl+T” variants hint, but toggling variants does nothing.

Actual Behavior

The start screen shows the “Ctrl+T” variants hint.
Pressing Ctrl+T has no effect.

Expected Behavior

Only show the “Ctrl+T” variants hint if the current model defines variants.
Optionally, hide or disable the shortcut if no variants exist.
