I've mapped my
PageUp/PageDowntoctrl+uandctrl+drespectively.When I'm reading OpenCode output and I'm scrolling back down with
ctrl+d, if OpenCode has asked for permission for something, thectrl+dacts as adeny.This change just checks that ctrl/meta are not pressed.
