SUMMARY
Remove deprecated features in docker_container and docker_login that were scheduled for removal in 2.0.0. Also deprecates a feature in docker_container that was announced to be deprecated in 2.0.0.
This must not be merged until we start preparing 2.0.0, and stable-1 has been branched.
