Ansible module

Enabler description

The new ac utility/command leaves behind the collections/ansible_collections in the project folder. Although this was not causing issues, it was increasing the chance a developer would edit the wrong file having 2 copies now in the project. A work around has been put in place to address this for now, this only happened when running /ac --ac-test ....
