Description of the bug

I'm trying to access and change the values of 'phi' in optimization setup. Based on the code, the phi values are ben changed to required definition. Can also see that when i call optimization props. But it isn't showing the same in HFSS optimization window. Just to be sure, I did run the simulation and see if the end results were changing. The results that simulation returning were representing the old phi values.

Steps To Reproduce

The returned when i called - target_optimization_setup.props

Setup optimization window is updated with new phi values
