Issue #2279 showed that current test coverage did not include tests where
DPFClientAPI.dllwas never loaded, reproducing the use of the wheelanyto connect to a server running on Docker.This adds the
test_anyargument to thetest_docker.ymlworkflow, allowing to simulate theclient on macOS + server on Dockerusage configuration.
