app.save() and ExtAPI.Graphics.ExportImage don't work with a filename that doesn't include a path

mechanical code seems to check for read-only access to the path these operations, but pymechanical can be run from any working directory.

As a user of pymechanical, I expect that app.save(...) and ExtAPI.Graphics.ExportImage(...) work without passing a full path.

@koubaa Animation export now use relative path from 24R2 onwards. But app.save() can be fixed in pymechanical I believe.
