ie9下calendar卡片模式的年选择出现省略号

复制calendar组件的卡片模式代码直接使用，在ie9下浏览就出出现

能显示完整的年份

不能显示完整的年份，出现省略号

这个好像是select的宽度不够，ie9的scrollbar又比较宽导致的，是否考虑把select的样式变宽一点，还是自定义改变这个样式？
