Claude review fails on PRs from forks #339

Describe the bug
When submitting a PR from a fork, with the claude-code-review.yml set up by the wizard in claude, it fails with the following:

error: Error message: Unable to get ACTIONS_ID_TOKEN_REQUEST_URL env variable
