search for guests

We have lots of documents that are public. We would like to make them searchable for guests too, but currently a guest has always to check the option "Include results I don't have access to" to see results.

Steps to reproduce:

• Add Public Documents (accessable by guests)
• Add A Block Search
• Search for something (that exists)
• you will get "Sorry, there were no results for your search."
• When clicking "Include results I don't have access to" you can see a list of documents (and you can access them by clicking them, access is NOT restricted)

I would like to avoid the extra step if checking that checkbox.
