Added new script compute_pfss_data.py to illustrate how to use HMI or GONG synoptic maps via sunpy. Subroutines are in data.py.

Added code to data.py to load NSO synoptic maps (KPVT or SOLIS). Added illustration of how to use in compute_pfss_data.py.
