Expose FAB user management to the UI by providing a ui/auth/links endpoints that simply passes a label,value pair auth pages the UI should show and link to in the NavBar.

Another way to do it is to have a method in auth manager like:

def additional_menu_items() -> list[dict]:
  return [
    {
      "label": "Users",
      "url": "..."
    }
  ]

And this would passed to the front-end as config (I know you already have a mechanism to do so?) That would prevent calling an API to generate the menu which could add some latency.

Both solutions are very close though, one is creating an API, the other is an optional method in auth manager interface that auth manager can override if they want to add menu items.

#47468 is merged. The front-end should be able to fetch it and display it
