Airflow 3.0.0 docker compose documentation does not show image version correctly

What do you see as an issue?

In the documentation the word "version" appears instead of 3.0.0:

The same thing happens for the docker-compose.yaml file linked:

Make documentation equal to 2.10.5

Fix in #49640 for the future-> Also merged apache/airflow-site#1170 to fix it in published docs
