Make the Airflow Logo in the UI a Link to Home

In Airflow 1.x and 2.x you can click on the logo to go to /home. The first time I spun up Airflow 3.0.0, I intuitively tried to go back "home" by clicking the logo, but there is no link. I know that there is literally a "Home" navigation menu option, but it would be nice to be able to click on the logo, which is an expectation for a lot of sites on the web.

Maintainers, if you feel like this is valid, please assign it to me. I would love to make this tiny change my first contribution to the project!
