Test connection response not displayed in the Airflow UI

What happened?

Testing the test connection button does not display a response in the Airflow UI as shown in the PR #51055.

What you think should happen instead?

An error message pop up like in the video in the PR that shows that the connection was not successful.

How to reproduce

1. Set AIRFLOW__CORE__TEST_CONNECTION="Enabled"
2. Add a connection in the UI (fake parameters)
3. Click the test connection button
4. No response

Originally noticed this in 3.1-0-nightly20250911 but it is also still the case on current main.
