Graph view options button have mis-aligned padding

What happened?

Open Web UI on 3.1.0rc2 and on a Dag switch to graph view. See that option buttons on the upper right are overlapping with the splitter. Margin is mis-aligned:

Similar on upper-left also the padding is mis-aligned (but only a bit):

What you think should happen instead?

Padding for buttons on Graph view should be consistent on all sides

Run web UI on 3.1.0rc2

I assume this is not critical to cancel 3.1.0rc2 vote, but if any other bug is to be fixed would be cool to slurp a fix in. Else 3.1.1 is okay I assume

@Keerthi421 at the moment @alisha-malik proposed to work on it - depending on progress, it might be close-by or not started. I have not seen any PR on this so far.

Hi @jscheffl , I’ve picked up this issue (#56076) to fix the Graph View options button padding. The previous assignee @alisha-malik didn’t submit a PR in the last 2 weeks, so I’ve implemented the fix and raised this PR for review. Thanks!
