`Queue up new task` button is always disabled in UI

What happened?

Queue up new task button is always disabled in UI, even after adding a new tasks. The only way to run a new task is to change dag's name or wait for another dagrun.

What you think should happen instead?

Queue up new task button should run a new tasks

How to reproduce

Add new tasks into existing dags and try to run them

You can clear another task and then this gets rerun and the new task is picked up and run as well. Not ideal but it works.

Is there any progress on this? It looks likely to be frontend code that needs amending which is not usually one of my strong points.
