Grid View Tooltip/Hover disappears automatically

What happened?

When hovering the mouse cursor over the Grid panel (to view a tooltip for each task/group), the information only appears for less than a second. If we open the developer tools (or debug console) in Chrome by pressing F12, the tooltip remains visible as long as the cursor is over the corresponding grid square, which is the expected behavior.

What you think should happen instead?

The tooltip should remain visible as long as the cursor is over the corresponding grid square.

How to reproduce

1. Create a test DAG.
2. Execute it 5 times.
3. Hover the pointer over the Grid menu, passing over several squares, and observe if the tooltip disappears automatically.
4. If the tooltip does not disappear, refresh the page no more than 3 times; it should then begin to disappear automatically.
