Remove config sensitive data from airflowctl

Make sure that airflow ctl never exposes sensitive config data nor retrieves it via it's API (sensitive data should always be masked)

But I think fixing errors and turning other prs of yours green should be priority. Generally speaking when your PR is red, the idea is that you iterate on it until it's green, rather than waiting for reviewer to do so.
