Update screenshots for Dags

Update docs and screenshots for the Dags documentation.
Note, I was only able to make video recording in MP4... earlier it was a GIF - hope MP4 works as well?

Note: Was not able to update the shot for LatestOnlyOperator as I was not able to make it working... as notes in #48945 (comment) this might be a but in 3.0.0rc4? Or I was tooo tired.

Note (2): Therefore was required to update pre-commit to ignore MP4 files...

Oh, I expected something more mature :-)

Google offered me: ffmpeg -i ./airflow-core/docs/img/ui-dark/task_group.mp4 -vf "fps=10,split[s0][s1];[s0]palettegen[p];[s1][p]paletteuse" -loop 0 ./airflow-core/docs/img/ui-dark/task_group.gif - which seems to be a bit nicer.
