As discussed at Slack thread https://apache-airflow.slack.com/archives/C07813CNKA8/p1749747275499659

Background:
CeleryKubernetesExecutor and LocalKubernetesExecutor are no longer working in Airflow 3.0.*, which is by purpose.
But this is not being made clear enough in the documentation, causing confusion.

Read the Pull Request Guidelines for more information.
In case of fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.
In case of a new dependency, check compliance with the ASF 3rd Party License Policy.
In case of backwards incompatible changes please leave a note in a newsfragment file, named {pr_number}.significant.rst or {issue_number}.significant.rst, in airflow-core/newsfragments.

…coded hybrid executors are no longer supported in Airflow 3.0.0+
